The Parker Youth Academy (PYA) is a Footballing Mentorship Programme established in 2021 by Milford Parker with the sole objective of working with footballers between the ages of 9 to 21 providing coaching & mentorship through their formative years of development.

We aim to create a pathway for our players to reach their goals.

 

Players in this programme receive well-structured, bespoke training with elite-level match fixtures to enhance their development further.

 

This unique and well-thought-out programme will help players progress into men's football and expose them to professional recruitment teams.

At PYA Elite, our central ethos is PATHWAY; due to our massive network system in all Tiers of the English league, we will work tirelessly to provide exposure and opportunity to our players enrolled in our programme.
